Today I had a Lumeca treatment with P'Jom. P'Jom gave great advice; she explained everything during the treatment, what she was doing, and what it would help with. It wasn't painful at all, very comfortable, and the cooling gel was great. She did three sessions; the third session felt like a slight rubber band snap. I could see a difference immediately after, my face looked brighter. The clinic atmosphere was nice and friendly; I didn't feel uncomfortable at all. The clinic is quite large and spacious.

They aggressively tried to sell me more, saying I needed 1200 shots. In the end, I spent tens of thousands more. It's been a month now, and my cheeks are still sagging. The after-sales service is also terrible. When I messaged them on LINE asking about seeing a doctor because I wasn't seeing much improvement in my face, they said the schedule was full and didn't follow up to inform me of any available dates. However, when I messaged their Facebook page about the procedure, they suddenly had available slots. Terrible service!
