The counter staff provided terrible service and were very rude. My sister told me about it. She called yesterday because she wasn't sure about the queue, and the staff member spoke rudely and sarcastically. We decided not to proceed and had my sister get all her medical records to do it elsewhere. Terrible service. We won't be using this service again.
