The nursing staff in almost every department at this hospital are terrible. Some of them are incredibly rude. Some patients don't understand something and ask a second time, and the nurses respond rudely and even insult them. If they knew everything, they wouldn't ask. If you're not willing to provide good service, you shouldn't have studied in this field; you should quit. I understand everyone is tired, but patients are also tired, waking up at 4 or 5 in the morning to see doctors and waiting all day, returning home late at night. There's no service like calling taxis for patients, unlike other hospitals. The service is awful, especially if you have to reschedule an appointment; you end up being the last in line. The service in provincial hospitals is much better. If there's a patient in a wheelchair, they prioritize them for treatment. Hospitals in Bangkok should do this because wheelchair-bound patients are stuck in their seats all day waiting for examinations; they suffer immensely. I wish the hospital had a policy to prioritize wheelchair patients. I feel sorry for their suffering.
