I've never actually been to their physical store, but I used their Instagram chat service. I saw their ad pop up on my feed and messaged them without checking beforehand. We chatted for a while, and I was about to make a reservation, so I invited a friend to come along. My friend asked where it was, and that's when I realized how far it was (my fault for wasting your time!). I still wanted to go with my friend, but she declined. I apologized and declined, but the admin was incredibly sarcastic with just "Okayyyy." I was already upset that I declined after talking for so long, and I was planning to try and go sometime, but no way! I've blocked them on Instagram too, so I won't accidentally message them again.
