The doctor will check the medication and mix it in front of me every time. I can be sure it's genuine. He's very gentle during the injections, it only hurts a little bit, but it's easy. Avoid this place. Very dishonest. Especially if you are a foreigner - they will charge you extra for a health certificate, even after already quoting a price (180 baht). Also they refuse to give a receipt. Rude to foreigners. Dissapointing.
