Patient Reviews
The coordination is terrible. Once you go in, you're only allowed to do the clinic's courses. Run away, everyone!

Good, good service.

It took forever! The staff were silent, confused, and didn't answer any questions. Anyone thinking of coming to this branch should avoid it. Go to the Pinklao 9 branch instead. The service there is good. This branch is probably the only one with bad service.
— คนขจร(translated from th)
It takes too long and is a waste of time.

The queuing system is terrible! The wait is incredibly long. I had an appointment at 3 PM and was told to arrive half an hour early, but I arrived at 2:30 PM and it's now 4 PM and nothing has been done. Following the queue hasn't progressed at all. Go to Pornkasem Clinic instead; their appointments are appointments, and I've never had to wait this long there. It's a complete waste of time.
