It started with symptoms of hip muscle compression of a nerve, lower back pain, radiating pain from the buttocks down the leg, numbness in the toes, and stiffness in the toes. I was unable to walk on my own. After 4 physical therapy sessions at the clinic, I started walking again and can now do light exercise. The numbness and pain have significantly decreased. Overall, the recovery was much faster than expected. I received physical therapy from physiotherapist, Khun Pin.
