We go here for acne extraction very often. The price is cheap, and the staff seem well-trained. The last time we went was in December 2025. We encountered one staff member, whose name I don't know, who spoke to us very rudely. "She spoke angrily, asking what medication we were using every day. 'Did you even use that acne dissolving cream? I can tell just by looking at the extractions. You haven't used it at all, have you?'" She could have just told us nicely, "It's an acne dissolving cream. Try to use it so it'll be easier to extract," etc. I admit I didn't know that I had to apply it before getting my acne extracted. If I knew everything, I would do it myself and wouldn't go to a professional.
