The counter staff need to learn to smile more, especially the one with the big, innocent eyes. The staff were unwelcoming, constantly frowning as if the service was free. They were probably smiling to themselves. I've never encountered a clinic where you walk in and they don't even greet you. I was so confused, not knowing whether to sit or stand. The promotion I booked on their page was completely different from what I received upon arrival. They said the initial injection wasn't enough and I was forced to buy a more expensive package. It's probably only good for influencers.
