The staff looked confused, as if asking who I called and who I spoke to. -The short, bespectacled staff member seemed completely lost. I asked one question, and she went to ask someone else; I asked another question, and she went to ask someone else. -The skinny, tan-skinned receptionist was incredibly rude and dismissive. She was unhelpful and lacked a customer service mindset. ‼️I read the reviews beforehand, but I didn't expect this to happen to me, as I had prepared everything by asking questions and calling ahead. Yet, I did. ‼️❗️The service from both the receptionist and the overall customer care was appalling. I'm giving it a 1-star rating. ‼️‼️I recommend avoiding this place unless absolutely necessary. With staff service like this, I ultimately chose not to use their services and went elsewhere because I'm unsure about the safety of the place.
