Every time I go, both the doctor and the counter staff are terrible. They look like they don't want to work, and their tone and demeanor are awful. They practically throw patients' belongings down. The doctor speaks sarcastically to patients in a confusing way, even though we don't understand what they're saying. Instead of explaining or using a more polite tone, they choose to make unpleasant faces and gestures. It's unacceptable every time I go. Please improve this.
