I saw good reviews, so I went. But the extraction wasn't good at all. They didn't squeeze all the inflamed pimples out, only the pus, not the head, so it got inflamed again. They didn't squeeze all the way in, resulting in 3-4 more inflamed pimples. They were a bit heavy-handed. The face mask was good, but the bed was a little small.
