Dr. Friend is professional, kind, honest, and very skilled; she also speaks perfect English which I find helpful. Every staff member I've encountered has been welcoming and respectful. They take every measure to ensure your comfort. The clinic is clean and offers many services. It is located on a busy corner that has easy access for Grab or BTS. One thing to consider is they do not accept credit card tap payments on the phone so you need cash, a physical card or Thai banking options.
