Patient Reviews

Based on my experience here, the doctor is very kind, and all the staff are friendly. The treatment was very effective. The doctor explained the root cause of my condition and gave me excellent self-care advice. I would like to offer my encouragement to the doctor and the team.

THIS PLACE IS A SCAM. You get in the office and they immediately put a bogus electric therapy device on your finger and claim that they can see your cholesterol and all measurings of your body just from that. Then I was quoted over 40,000 baht for a bunch of blood work and other therapies. The front desk staff quickly knew I realized it was a scam, it was a funny situation because the doctor came out of the office and was still trying to sell me on certain tests. The front desk staff obviously hadn't communicated with her that I realized their scams. They charged me 4,000 baht for the bogus electric finger test and then I could leave. They wouldn't let me take a picture of their menu because of security reasons, they do so much stuff there to hide their scam. A huge part of their scam is getting you to put the electronic device on your finger when you get in the office, THEN YOU ARE INSTANTLY DOWN 4,000 BAHT!!!!!!!

In mid-2023, I went to see the doctor because I was working hard, sleeping very late, and experiencing chronic fatigue. The doctor had me undergo several blood tests to send to the lab. This included a cortisol test, various blood tests, mineral and inflammation tests, blood vessel inflammation tests, and a vitamin drip. I also had a quantum test. The cost was approximately 26,000 baht. The blood test results showed that my mineral, inflammation, and hormone levels were all within normal ranges. My red and white blood cell counts were normal. **** However, my platelet count was abnormal: I only had 104,000, down from the normal 150,000-450,000. ***The platelet count from the lab had a small note at the bottom saying "giant platelets found." The doctor advised me not to worry, as there was likely an error during the blood sample collection. They didn't ask me to send blood to recheck my platelets.**** In 2025, I had a blood test at the hospital and my platelet count dropped to 61,000. While my other blood counts were normal, I was referred directly to a hematologist and diagnosed with ITP. Actually, my symptoms and platelet counts indicated this since 2023, when I went to Bangkok Health Clinic for a checkup. (It was probably just the beginning, as in 2021, my platelets were still normal at 174,000.) The doctor at Bangkok Health Clinic saw my platelet count of 104,000 and said not to worry, as it was due to an error in the blood sample collection. ***They didn't even read the lab notes that I had Giant Platelets. This indicates abnormal platelet production, which increases in size to replace damaged platelets. ***If the doctor had a little more knowledge about this, we might have been aware of it earlier, rather than waiting two years for it to become apparent. Let me just say that we can take care of our own health. Simply live a balanced life and go to bed before 11 p.m. Eat a full meal, reduce stress, breathe deeply, and exercise. Even just walking for 40 minutes a day can help your body heal itself. It might not even cost you a lot of money. Now that I know I have an immune system that destroys platelets, I've completely changed my behavior. I go to bed earlier. I wake up early, exercise, breathe deeply, and breathe deeply. I reduce stress and eat a full meal. In two months, my platelet count went from 61,000 to 90,000. I wish everyone good health. :)
